I’ve found that it is hard to do a daily round up of gaming news due mostly to the fact that on some days, there is nothing notable to report.  So from now on, I’ll be doing a round up at least “weekly” unless there is more information daily, in which I’ll go back to daily.  So with that, onto the news!

Kotaku Shows ups the latest Game Trailers err…trailer for Grand Theft Auto IV.  It’s hard to believe its this close.  Now the question is can it live up to the hype?

MTV has an interview with Capcom on how they determine availability later on in a games life.  interesting read I must say, and it tells why we sometimes cannot track down that one title we want but waited too long to get.

The Comsumerist  has a story on how you may be able to play your DRM protected downloads on a new or refurbished Xbox 360 system.  I think it should be easier than calling support and bitching over and over, and it definitely should not take a month to get it transferred.  However I guess its a step in the right direction, lets hope it works out.

Videogaming247 reports that the creator of Gran Tourismo will be adding “deformation” (us normal folks call it”damage) very soon to Gran Toursimo 5.  I’m glad he finally decided to innovate the racing genre by showing cars with actual damage…oh wait…he didn’t do that, he just hasn’t done it even though the technology to implement it has been around for years, he was just afraid of scaring away car companies.

And now for some news of the weird, Game Trailers shows us exactly what Solid Snake is, a pervert.

Thanks for reading!
